Do I need to be approved to take part at Comic Cons?
Not at all, if you ever see us at an event, you're more than welcome to join in on our photos, marches and videos. The only time approval is required is for certain special events where attendance is on behalf of the clan. You can see more about approval benefits in our APPROVAL EXPLAINED section.
How do I join?
We have two big community groups as an entry point into our community. The first one is our Discord server, which is the most active of the two. If you want to join the server, please message the Facebook or Instagram page and we shall provide a link! Secondly, we have a Facebook group called 'Kemir'a Clan Community'. You can post build progress and questions here to get advice.
Where are you based?
We have members all across the UK, however most of our events tend to take place in areas where we have either more members, or a more pro-active membership that are able to find and run events. Our main area is the South East/London areas, but we also have a sub-group in the South West region. No matter where you are, we will always keep aiming to make events as accessible as possible!
Can I request the clan for my event?
Absolutely! You can send an email to kemiraevents@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to discuss making an appearance. We have trooped at many locations including MCM Comic Con London and Worthing Carnival and have the ability to set up table displays up to 3-4 tables long at certain events. Please note we cannot promote shops or operate within retail environments without invitation from Lucasfilm representatives!
