Helmets/Headgear

Key: Level 1: White | Level 2: Blue | Level 3: Red | Note: In order to obtain higher levels, please ensure all previous level requirements are met where applicable

Helmet Build Quality
- Helmet must be complete, covering all parts of the head as intended and have a visor installed where applicable
- Adequate padding must be used to prevent the helmet from wobbling or falling off.
- Helmets must be proportionate to the wearer.
- Any seams, maker’s marks, or other branding is removed from visible areas.
Note: For unconventional designs/styles of helmet, please contact the approval team before proceeding with the build so we can determine its likelihood of success.

Retail Helmets
Commercially Available helmets (Black series, etc.) are allowed if they meet all other requirements for Helmets and Visors, and the following changes are met:
- Must not have the same paint scheme or finish as the canon character unless specifically being used for that character.
- Replace the visor if it doesn't fully obscure the wearer's face.
- Boba dents must be filled in and smoothed over.
- Any seams, maker’s marks, or other branding is removed from visible areas.
Note: Fancy Dress brands such as Rubies and XCoser are NOT allowed at any level; please contact a member of the team if you are unsure. Using these helmets as a base to heavily modify can sometimes be acceptable, but please work closely with the approval team to see this through!

Stormtrooper/Clone Trooper Helmets
- Black Series helmets or professional replicas are acceptable, however fancy dress helmets such as Rubies or Xcoser will not be accepted
- Helmet must appear as one piece where applicable with no obvious gaps or seam lines
- Live Action helmets must have a gloss shine to the finish
- Animated Helmets must have a matted design to replicate the style of animation it is based from

Visors
- The visor must cover all intended parts of the wearers face as per the helmet design
- Alternative methods are allowed such as Window tint on clear acrylic *as long as all creases and air bubbles are removed.*
- The visor must be dark enough to obscure the wearer’s face.
- T-Visors must sit flush within the helmet and extend to the bottom of the mandibles.
Notes: Welding Visors are easy to obtain and are the ideal level of tint while keeping visibility high.
Coloured Visors are allowed at all levels.
Paint/Decals are not allowed on the visor.

Canon Character Helmets
- Paint Scheme must match the design of the character portrayed with no deviations or customisation to the designs
- Battle damage such as Boba dents, Rex welding lines etc must be positioned correctly and match the source material
- Paint Scheme must match the colour of the character being portrayed accurately
- Helmet must be considered a replica quality piece based off the source material

Other Headgear
- Rebel Trooper commando (e.g Endor style) helmets must appear in universe and not as a recognisable military helmet.
- Rebel Militia helmets (egg heads) must have a shiny gloss finish to them
